Understanding:
Goal Oriented, Inc., will consider your application for borrowing/rental of Interactive
Goals for a period not to exceed 90 days. |

Key Factors |
| |
1. You will be paying for the round-trip shipping of the equipment (approx. $10 to $20 per goal, round
trip, depending on distance from Denver CO) as a first-time borrower. Subsequent use of this equipment is at a higher rate which includes a
rental fee as well as applicable shipping charges.
2. All equipment must be returned to Goal Oriented, Inc., by or before the agreed-upon date.

3. All goals will be loaned/rented under terms of the "Soccer Event Equipment Rental Agreement."

Rental and Loaning of our Goals shall be accompanied
by a customer's Visa, MasterCard,
or Discover credit card, the expiry of which shall be AFTER the
anticipated return date of the borrowed or rented goals.
We will inform you by phone and in writing (email or fax
or traditional mail) should it become necessary for expenses
to be charged your account (in conjunction with this loan/borrowing).
By responding and "submitting" the below
form you acknowledge and assume full responsibility for the on-time
return of the rented or borrowed goals and for the viability of
the credit card data you'll be providing us. |
